Ms. Cariño was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022. She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (PPLM).
Ms. Cariño received her Juris Doctor Degree from Far Eastern University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the same University where she graduated as Cum Laude.
