Ms. Jimenez-Aquino’s expertise lies in the field of corporate law, foreign investments, family law, and technology law. With a keen understanding of these areas, she assists foreign clients in various commercial transactions, including corporate structuring, corporate governance, renewable energy initiatives, intellectual property protection and enforcement, joint ventures, and government procurement. Her diverse clientele comprises of software development companies, online retailers, digital media companies, and fintech companies.
In addition to her proficiency in corporate law, Ms. Jimenez-Aquino also specializes in family law, particularly in cases involving nullity of marriage, legal separation, Violence Against Women and their Children Law, succession, and estate planning and management. Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2005, Ms. Jimenez-Aquino is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (Bacolod) and the Metro Bacolod Junior Chamber Jaycees. She is also a proud member of ITECHLAW since 2019. Ms. Jimenez-Aquino holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from De La Salle University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of St. La Salle.
